Technical Architecture

• Backend: Symfony (main project, API)
• Frontend: React & React Native (Mobile app)
• Microservices: Symfony & Python
• AWS: Application fully hosted on AWS

Main Responsibilities

• Feature Ownership: From Figma design to production, you will be responsible for features end-to-end.
• Level 3 Support: Follow up on Intercom & e-mails tickets, respond to customers, and resolve technical issues.
• Debugging: Troubleshoot and fix issues across different projects.

Required Skills

• Proficient in:
  • Symfony
  • ReactJS
  • Testing (PHPUnit for backend, frontend testing)
  • Git & GitHub
• Fluent in French (technical exchanges, Exchange with customers)
• Autonomous: Ability to manage complex tasks independently.
• Willingness to learn: Open to new technologies and methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Python, AWS, or React Native.
• Knowledge of Sentry for error monitoring.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• English language skills (a plus, but not required).

Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience minimum with the above technologies.
• Rigorous and organized.
• Proactive: Ability to propose solutions and work independently.
