The Role: Backend Developer
As our Backend Developer you will:
- Architect, develop & maintain core backend features using Symfony and Laravel
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and handle essential DevOps tasks
- Collaborate closely with Frontend, DevOps & Data Science teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Design and integrate AI model workflows and prompt-engineering pipelines into production
You Have
- 5+ years of professional PHP/Symfony experience
- Proven track record with Laravel (projects or open-source showcase)
- Daily, hands-on experience leveraging AI in your development (prompting, code-generation, model integration)
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and a minimal DevOps skillset
- Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
Nice to Have
- Open-source contributions or technical blogging
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph
- Experience with Node.js
